The first stage of the interview was a conversation with the founder. We discussed the role and goals of the company to see if we were aligned on values and expectations. The next stage was a technical round where I had to build a login page from scratch using AI-assisted coding. I could use any environment and language of my choice. The final round was a conversation with tech leads about work and personal views on what AI should be used for.
