The process was smooth throughout. I received the invitation to interview within a week of applying, and the interview was professional yet comfortable. The interviewer was asking questions that enabled me to highlight key areas of my experience; I felt that they were genuinely interested in my professional history and wanted to explore how I can contribute to their team. This was an initial interview, therefore it was not followed by a formal offer at this stage.
