I first had two interviews in a row with the head of the team, followed two online tests, and one phone call with HR following up on the tests. Lastly, we had one meeting to negotiate salary and sign the contract.

How I would handle and navigate a situation with an approaching deadline while the product isn't ready yet. I.e., how I would renegotiate the balance between budget, timeline and quality of output.
