First round paper and pen. MCQ type on asp.net,arithmetic aptitude and 2 programs on ado.net. After that 2 technical rounds(Simple program on Arrays, Ado.Net(Grid view), Asp.Net(Difference between view state & session state, response.redirect & server.transfer), global.asax...) and HR.
