I heard about 3ap through a friend who works there (referral). We then got in touch and had an informal first interview, which was mainly to get to know each other and to find out if it might be a fit. After that we followed up with a second interview with other employees of 3ap. I really felt that it's important to 3ap to find a match for the companies culture (hire for attitude style), which I really liked. As a last step I was able to meet some other team members in an informal remote call, and after that it came to an offer which I accepted. The process was very fast and uncomplicated, which is something you don't see too often in recruitment processes unfortunately.
