A recruiter reached out to discuss the role. The conversation went great, and I was quickly moved forward to speak with the hiring manager. That conversation went well too. Unfortunately I was ghosted from that point forward. 3Pillars talks a good game about their amazing culture, but they clearly don't back it up in their candidate experience. Just shameful. Never again would I consider working for such inconsiderate people.
