Entretien
First was a phone interview. Second was an in person interview. Two part interview. First part was behavioral with managers. Second part was peer interview with engineering team. There was also a tour of the facility.

Entretien
I applied on their website and received an initial interview soon after. The second interview was one week after the first. Neither required technical knowledge. Received an offer less than a week after my second interview.

First round interview with former O2 engineer at my university. Discussing my experiences and why I wanted to join the 3M community. Next round with director of engineering to understand situations I had been in and more qualitative questions.
