Entretien
First we met for breakfast at the hotel with one of the Supervisors. Then after that we headed to the plant where we were given a brief presentation about 3M and the city of Springfield. After that I first did a panel/peer interview with some of the engineers currently working there. Very easy questions, typical behavioral questions. After that I went on a plant tour. Finally I did one last interview with the head Supervisor. Again easy questions. After that we all went to lunch. Everyone was very nice, easy to talk to, and answered any questions I had. It was a great experience and why I accepted their offer.

1. On campus video interview : 1 sr engineer + 1 current O2. 30 mins typical behavior interview
2. Quick 15 mins phone screen w hiring manager
3. 45 mins final video interview w two leadership in O2. Behavior questions again, no technical

Entretien
I applied on their website and received an initial interview soon after. The second interview was one week after the first. Neither required technical knowledge. Received an offer less than a week after my second interview.

How did you handle a difficult group member in the past?
First round interview with former O2 engineer at my university. Discussing my experiences and why I wanted to join the 3M community. Next round with director of engineering to understand situations I had been in and more qualitative questions.
