First round was a phone screening with a 3M talent person. Second round was in person with multiple key leaders in the organization including with eventual direct supervisor and then a quick hiring decision was made.

Long and irrelevant question being ask. Interviewer think too highly of himself. Didn’t expect a big company with such an not insightful employee in management level. Management should do a internal filtering.
