Entretien
I was contacted by Recruiter after I applied for a role in their portal. It was a screening round and my estimate of the fit with the role published. Then following this were 4 more rounds. The 2nd round was taken by BU HR, who seemed quite knowledgeable about business problem and practices in the BU. The next round was taken by a Director level person, who gauged my fit for the role. And he shared why should I join his company. The next 2 rounds were taken by VPs, who kind of applied the STAR method of interview and asked questions about my experience. The recruiter HR contacted me regarding compensation etc after the 5 rounds. I think the rounds will be average in terms of difficulty if you are from a top B school, but it could be challenging in case your credentials don’t help much. All were teams video meeting except the first telephonic round. Round 1: 15 mins, Round 2-4 : 60 mins each

This was an internal role, I was interviewed by 4 CBL's and the MD, interview was held in 2 rounds. we had quite open discussion, they asked me many intrguing questions on how I can handle such a complex business which involved 4 different BGs of 3M
