Hiring process is long - they tell you not to put in your 2 weeks notice with your current employer till it's over, which is good advice. Process is: Initial testing, further testing, interview, background check, drug test, paperwork. They won't even talk to you till your interview is done. Interview itself was a panel of 4 people each asking me questions - process tech, process engineer, HR person, supervisor.

It was very laid back and just like a normal conversation. They asked about previous work ( everyone does) , they go over the schedule, and emphasize safety in the plant.
