The interview process is long and there is a long period between interviews. Overall, I had a good experience with the people I met at the company. There are multiple rounds of interviews, with HR, an excel assessment, an interview with the director, and last panel interviews with the team.

My interview experience was fairly typical, except that it was very long and had many stages - excessive imo, especially for an entry-level position. I had a phone interview with someone from HR, completed an assessment exercise, then had 4 separate Zoom interviews with 4 different people. I received a rejection 3 weeks after my final interview, and only after I sent a followup email. All in all, 10 weeks passed between initially getting asked to interview and getting rejected. Everyone I interviewed with was very friendly but the time investment for this process was well above average.
