Had a phone interview for the client services department. They asked me very few questions about me or my experience before telling me I was a perfect fit , but they’re not ready to hire at this time. I’m not sure why they would have job postings out if they’re not ready to hire an employee quickly. They said to keep in touch within the next few months and wait for an opening. So unprofessional! I said I would like something more concrete and an actual offer to be able to consider the position but they couldn’t do that. I followed up a month or so later and they said they’re still not ready to hire but keep in touch. Another month goes by, I reach out and get no response. They seem so disorganized internally, and after reading all these reviews I’m glad I didn’t end up there. No wonder why your employees hate the place!
