Entretien
You first go through an automated screening process where you record video responses to some interview questions. Once you're past this phase, a phone interview occurs followed by an in person (pre-pandemic) interview with a panel of 3 manager level individuals.

How do you deal with a difficult situation with a customer?
Very simple and straightforward. First round digital and the second round was a panel. I didn’t think it was very confusing but their communication after the interview wasn’t great. Overall a simple process

They asked about my experience and future career outlook
The process is to record video interview through the web browser. They give you a very short time period to answer the vague questions. The experience is not streamlined and ends up being repetitive.

Entretien
Three part interview: video, phone call, and then zoom/google hangout. Everyone was really nice and understanding and interested to hear what I had to say about myself. Just make sure you give specifics when you talk about your skills/experiences.
