J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez 24i

Many stages but good feedback. There was a technical code challenge they later supervised with me, it was a good experience. Later I got a full detailed job description and a salary offer.
J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 7 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez 24i (Copenhague, Hovedstaden)

I usually do not write these types of reviews ( or any reviews at all ) however, the hiring process for this company has been so drastically poor, that I felt like it had to be shared so that other potential developers may conserve their time.
The process initially started by the recruiter reaching out to me asking if I would like to interview for an engineering position.
The initial interview consisted of basic HR questions and wasn't an inherently terrible experience however for some reason they were quite passive aggressive in their answers to questions such as how are the teams split up and general structural questions. I was told that I should be asking these questions once I am further down the interviews ( Very weird answer. Should've already been a red flag but oh well ).
I was handed over a technical assignment at the end of the meeting and was told it shouldn't take more than a couple of hours.
However what they were asking for was way beyond something you could polish up and fit in 2 hours, regardless I had proceeded with going through all the requests that were made for the assignment including all the optional tasks, sent everything back, was very cordial about the whole thing and was expecting at least SOME sort of feedback.
Fast forward a month later, I try to send an email for an update and get an automated message saying that I have been blocked from sending any further emails to the recipient. I mean I definitely got a laugh out of it but in all seriousness, no company that respects their potential employees would act with such disregard for someone's time that they block you instead of providing any feedback or a simple rejection. Very very strange.. Especially given that I had completed the assignment and all of its optional challenges as well.
