I was recruited from a job board that I was registered with and invited to interview. I was very excited, but really didn't prepare much because I knew the industry and was very successful in my previous positions. I am confident that when you're very comfortable with the responsibilities of a position that "confidence" shines through and you become that candidate that is most hirable. My enthusiasm for the position also played a huge part as did my high energy. I was hired on the spot!
