Primarily interacted with a recruiter who was knowledgable about the company and quick to answer questions and get back to me with dates of interviews etc.
Had a quick 10 minute introductory phone call as a first stage interview to discuss the role and the company.
Had a 2nd stage, in person interview with my manager and one of the directors of the company. It was a more casual, discussion type interview with opportunities to ask questions.
Whilst waiting for the interview I sat in the staff kitchen and had the opportunity to meet some exisiting staff. All were very friendly and approachable which helped my nerves.
Had immediate feedback from the recruiter after both interviews which was reassuring and then got a verbal job offer shortly after the 2nd interview.
A formal job offer was sent via email within 48 hours of the successful interview and onboarding followed shortly after that.
