It was very easy to get the interview, no application. During the interview I was asked questions about my personal life and sales experience. I was then asked about sales techniques and asked to present a product to the general manager. Need to know the definition of integrity, and an example of a tie-down close. After the interview I was given a website to go to to fill out application and a paper to go take the drug test. 2 days later I was called with a job offer.

Two interviews with managers about the position. The first one was more formal but still laid back, and I even received an offer after being a few minutes late to the online meeting. Great company 9 months in.

It was super easy, and they were all helpful. The hiring team worked through everything with me. They also kept in contact with me as much as possible. They responded very quickly.
