The interview was a 2 step process. The second step had me come in to do a test shoot. Wasn't the most practical way to show my skills. They had 5-7 people come in to watch me shoot with little direction of what they wanted. The warehouse looked a mess and didn't look inviting for new recruits. The position would have you retouching photos 4 days a week even though this is a photographer position.
