First, a phone screen with a recruiter discussing background, asked what my favorite coding language was. When I asked about diversity on the dev team, I was told it was a team of 12 male engineers. Yikes.
Second interview was a rapid fire list of questions from a guy on zoom with another guy watching silently.

Let me begin by stating that I have been "ghosted" by this company twice for two different positions within a 4 month time period. The first time around, I had a phone interview scheduled, and it never even happened. I was contacted by my interviewer the day of my interview to reschedule. I was told they would be reaching out to me again soon to reschedule, as they weren't sure when they could do it again. About a week later, I sent a follow-up email to ask if there was still the possibility of an interview, and I never heard back. Recently, I applied to another position. Someone reached out to me and scheduled a phone interview for the next day. At the end of the interview, I was told that a decision about whether or not they would be moving to the next steps with me would either be made later that day or the next day. This was repeated several times to ensure that I knew to look out for an email. I never received an email or heard back from them since. I do not recommend applying here; it is a waste of time. It's clear this company does not care one bit about their business or reputation.
