I first went through a phone screen with a recruiter after applying online. Then, 1stdibs followed up with a more technical phone screen a few days later. Finally, I was invited to an on-site in their NY office 2 weeks later with multiple engineers which took about 2-3 hours. The last part of the interview was a phone screen with the CTO because he wasn't available during my onsite. The whole interview process took about 3 weeks.

There were three parts: HR phone screen, technical phone screen, and an on-site.
HR and technical phone screens were what you would normally expect. The technical screen consisted of a conversation about my experience and a coding challenge over a screen sharing app.
The on-site consisted of 5 back-to-back interviews. Which ranged from leetcode style DS and Algos questions to more high level system design questions. The last interview was a nice conversation with their CTO, where he asked some puzzle-type questions and just talked about the company more.
The whole process was extremely smooth and well organized. They set me up in a hotel and paid for flights and food. The recruiter that I mainly interacted with was extremely quick about responding to emails, which was very nice. The office was beautiful. I also had some great conversations with the people interviewing me. I would highly recommend interviewing with them if you get the chance.
The only reason I declined my offer (which was pretty competitive for a new grad) was because of a competing offer somewhere else.

Behavioral phone screen, technical phone screen, onsite interviews. Onsite consisted of 1 behavioral interview with member of the People team, and then there were 4-5 technical interviews with senior developers, as well as VP of Engineering and CTO. Interviewers very friendly. Visit lasted about 3.5 hours.
