The interview process is the most thorough I have ever experienced, 2 hour verbal test of knowledge, group interviews, background and drug screen. Do not try to fake your experience, just be yourself and be honest. They were kind throughout the process.

Very friendly disposition, very thorough and straightforward in regards to the tasks and day to day responsibilities of the position. Interview for this position is 3 rounds. First round you will assessed on property management knowledge, 2nd round you will discuss your first round answers in greater detail. 3rd round will be a team interview to determine if you're a good cultural fit in the company.
