Initially there will be an interview call from the HR ; she/he will ask your details and everything and after all the discussions they will call you for face to face . The interview process is all about three steps as it begins : 1. Test : (Which they themselves are so confused ; as they will ask half of the candidates to jump for F2F Round 1 and rest of them are engaged in taking test;No Idea behind this reason 2. Technical Round 1 (F2F) : Quite good - 30 Minutes 3. Technical round 2(F2F) : same questions which was asked in round 1 and Interviewer itself is so confused.-20 Minutes 4. Hr Discussion: If you survive from the above process and nalied all rounds HR will raise the concern on your of experience or package you are having ;I really don't understand then why did you call the candidate and make him/her sit whole day for F2F. And all the above the best part is they will make your day end by saying ;will have final discussion on the call , but they neither will call you nor mail you.
