A phone interview was made on Auguguest 2025, Easy interview with some questions , and about the position. HR told me to do an exam , which would take 1 hour , but in reality was about 10 hours to make. After sending exam , no reply whatsoever , until i sent email 2 weeks after , with the normal template "the position was put on hold"
