You can tell how much the company cares about the folks they bring in by the kind of questions they ask. She'd ask about something and then what I learned from that situation. There was a clear focus on continual learning. Next was a conversation with the hiring manager. His affection for 1Password was contagious. As a user first and then as an employee, he made it really easy to understand the value and vision of company. I withdrew after consideration for another offer at a different level. I'd highly recommend 1Password as a company to interview with.
