The initial interview was with the head of AI and ML engineering, alongside the head of Human Resources. This was followed by a presentation interview delivered to the AI team. Overall, the process was notably fast.

In the first interview, they asked some basic questions like:
Can you share a time when you worked well in a team?
What does 'integrity' mean to you?
What do you think are the good and bad points of working in a startup?

It did take relatively long to hear back from initial application.
Once the recruiter reached out the steps were quite clear. Recruiter responses were prompt so I always felt informed. This was a very big highlight for me on the recruiting side.
After a brief initial call, there was a more in depth HR interview mixed with my experience.
Then I was invited for an onsite for in-depth technical presentations. I appreciated that I was given the opportunity to show how deep and well-versed I could go into AI & drug discovery topic(s) when given clear guidelines, mimicking a real-world work environment.
