The HR called set up an interview. I gave the test, some another person takes a second round face to face and says will send a test in mail. Days pass, I ask the HR, she will ask and keep me updated about the status of my job application. I text again to the HR and she doesn't reply. Kindly understand that the candidate is looking for a job and have the basic decency of informing the candidates about the status. Understand the actual meaning of HR and then call candidates for the interview.
