The Interview process was very smooth and extremely well organised. The folks at interview were really considerate and ensured that process was not stressful. The process consisted of quite a few rounds and questions were focussed on work experience, quantitative and analytical skills. Overall the interview process was excellent.

The process consisted of 3 rounds - Resume shortlist, Written Assessment, and Onsite Interviews. The Written Assessment allowed for introspection in terms of specific experiences, strengths and weaknesses. I was given ample time to work on the assignment, including a weekend. Subsequently I was called for multiple rounds of face-to-face interviews at the company’s office in Kolkata. Interviews tested on-spot thinking and centred around work experience and other personal life experiences. Overall onsite process lasted half a day.
