The interview process was thorough and informative. The first step was an interview with Jo in the HR department. We spoke about the job description, my background, and the 123 Junk culture and values, it was an excellent experience. At the end of the interview, she informed me she would speak to the owner, Collin, about the next step. Shortly after the call with Jo, Collin contacted me about a second interview with him. This interview went over the job description as well and what is expected out of this position. He was very passionate about the values of the company and how integrity and gratitude goes a long way. Once concluded, he informed me he would speak with Jo and get back to me in a day. As promised he contacted me the next day with an informal offer and that Jo has started the paperwork for the formal offer. When all was said and done I really appreciated the due diligence of the interview process. They are a company that looks for quality and not quantity. The person joining the company (family) needs to be the right fit, one who has similar values.
