The recruiting process is not at all transparent. The salary negotiations were confusing and even felt manipulative. It became clear that they are trying to get people at way below market rate, and they are willing to bully and gaslight you to do it. The process is unprofessional and disorganized at the least, and possibly purposefully deceptive at worst. If you are headed into the recruitment process, get everything in writing, and realize that the amount they are advertising is not the amount they will be offering you. It seems like the culture is willing to sacrifice good people for quick savings, and people are definitely ready to sacrifice you to make themselves look good.

Recruiters are extremely attentive and almost aggressive with calls and emails up until the interview. After the interview though, they go completely silent and don’t answer emails for several weeks. I interviewed with this company on two separate occasions and it was the same story both times. I don’t think this is fair nor professional. They should respond to inquiries even if it is to say that there is no update yet.
