Applied for a job online, a week later received an autogenerated email that I did not fit the qualifications. Two weeks after that, a recruiter reached out on LinkedIn stating my qualifications fit the role and to set up a phone call... Seriously? Major inconsistencies within HR and the hiring process at this company, not a place I would want to work at.
