Initial talent acquisition screening interview, followed by hiring manager interview with situational, behavioral, and a round of rapid-fire technical questions to close. The interview process was very thorough, and the HM asked very detailed questions in relation to vehicle-specific mechanical aptitude, experience level with MS Excel and MS Access, and experience with industry-specific parts lookup software. I was disappointed to receive a phone call from the HM the following business day indicating their hiring budget was put on hold, and they would not be able to make any further decisions until March of next year. Seemed quite unprofessional and ended up being a waste of preparation on my side. I would not recommend this company.

Fun, and easy going. There wasn't any pressure to sell even though it's a sales position. Nice office with air conditioning and a friendly interviewer who asked some basic interview questions. Was a conversational interview. I think it went well
Interviewed with the store manager and everything everything went smooth! Started working the next week. Enjoyed working there, friendly staff and drivers. Fun workplace and great job for someone who loves working with their hands.
