Avantages
They give you an opportunity to enter the tech domain without experience. The pay was decent, but you would have to work extra hours for free to compensate for the amount of work they give you or the new things you need to learn, and you don't have the time to learn them during work hours. I would only suggest this job if you are applying to other jobs and waiting for answers. But once you get there, you have no more energy because of the toxic work culture to look elsewhere...
Inconvénients
Management, directors (no support or adequate training and simply unpleasant people to work for). The vice president of the company is passive-aggressive; you always walk on eggshells during those meetings that he requires every week, on top of the meetings you have with your manager. There is a lot of micromanagement from the vice president and a lot of yelling. Working environment conditions were terrible (for example, we did not have heat for 3 months during winter). I heard from colleagues who also left that they downgraded the salaries of the department since I left. They make it impossible to become a Customer Success Manager, which they pay a bit more for.
