Avantages
there were hardly any except when you wanted to book holidays and the managers would not even give you time off because of being short staffed .. which was a lie. its just they did favouritism
Inconvénients
theres too many, poor management, favouritism, discrimination, no code of conduct, management would be drinking and smoking an no sort of professionalism was there. they would hire there friends into the company who did porrly in work
