None, bad leadership and horrible hr department. You can even tell that HR has been writing reviews with all 5 stars to salvage what is left of the toxic culture they have created
Inconvénients
career growth is stunted by politics and bad management. vacation policy is a joke, they track your hours and compare to your co workers. leadership is tone deaf and ceo has no idea what she is doing
