      Avantages

      I love the autonomy Vivid gives me. I can easily try new projects and test new ideas. The team is helpful & respectful and management is driven by results (rather than micro-management), which is way more pleasant. According to me, this is the perfect company for self-driven individuals!

      Inconvénients

      Like in most scale-ups, everything is going very fast!

      Friendly colleagues, most of them are young, dynamic team.

      Inconvénients

      Major management problems, lack of respect, lack of transparency, no recognition, these problems have been pointed out by several employees but no action has been taken.

      Avantages

      There are two good things, your colleagues, the company is mainly constituted of young people. And the product is interesting.

      Inconvénients

      There is a bad climate due to micro-management and unreliable managers. Employees do not feel supported and listened to. And there is also a lack of transparency between managers and other employees.
