Avantages
Flexible working hours for some locations.
Inconvénients
Veranex completely destroyed all the companies that were bought and merged. All of them, at the time of the sale, were profitable companies with motivated smart people busy with projects. 1 year later, people have no work, the CEO fired many (every 6 months there is a new wave of firing), put in place long processes that are impossible to explain to clients, raised rates to an extreme level that even our loyal clients left. Low salaries, promotion almost impossible, no pay raise. Communication is terrible, the c-suite decides without really listening to what is happening in the field. They put in place local management but these people are only puppets. All in the end will be decided by c-suite without any input of the other 500 people working in the company. There is nothing left, highly possible bankruptcy/selling to another entity is on the horizon.
