      Avantages

      Global work enviroment with employees from all over the world. You'll hear every language while preparing coffee. Fabulously located office. Flexible hybrid work environment. Casual dress code. Monthly events. Office dog! People treat eachother like equals. People celebrate eachother's wins. Cofounders and higher leadership are approachable. This is the kind of company where new ideas are listened to and people are open to trying things.

      Inconvénients

      I think like any startup, there is a very hard working "grind" expectation and also a bit of turnover. Some teams feel understaffed. The pressure to show results is very high.
