      - Relaxing working environment - Interesting projects and friendly teams - Leading supplier in Semi-conductor industry - Mountains, lake, farms etc

      - Not performance-oriented culture - No salary increase except for the managers - In general, the employees are not motivated enough and not ambitious at all - Old IT infrustructure
