      As a temporary part-time employee I had a great experience at Upfluence. The expectations and tasks I needed to fulfill in my role were clearly communicated and I received regular feedback. The handling of all administrative matters was professional and timely.

      Avantages

      I have been with Upfluence for three years, and my experience has been consistently positive regarding professional support. The company ensures that employees have all the necessary tools and resources to perform their roles effectively. One of the highlights is the leadership; my manager is deeply committed to the team's success and is always attentive to our project needs. Additionally, I’ve appreciated the company’s ability to adapt my responsibilities as the organization evolved, which has allowed me to grow professionally and take on new challenges. Locally, the culture remains highly collaborative; even though we are now a remote-first team, our monthly in-person meetups are a great way to maintain strong professional bonds.

      Inconvénients

      The only minor drawback I experienced was that my initial job description didn't fully align with the daily tasks I ended up performing. While these tasks were eventually refined and actually led to better professional development, the initial lack of role clarity could be a challenge for new hires. Also, for those who thrive in a traditional office setting, the transition to a fully remote model with only monthly physical interactions might require an adjustment period.
