Strong growing technology entreprise. Kind of an investment and a risk to take
Inconvénients
Working conditions and general atmosphere changed since last year. Used to have nice benefits to attract people at first. Nowadays benefits are far below the average (no matter which market). If you don't work in the US or belongs to a minimum level of hierarchy, you are not even informed or listened. Esay-to-solve management issue are not dealt, basics benefits are not. No carreer plan and stock-option sharing plan.
