very toxic work environment, very unprofessional and abusive management, will cause you to develop anxiety if not more serious problems, they have been calling themselves a startup for 10 years to excuse their unprofessional behaviour, you will break down multiple times a week because of the massive workload accompanied with the awful and abusive management style, you won't get paid for overtime work that you will be expected to do, and you will have 0 work life balance
