Perspective commerciale
Avantages
The studio is functioning very well compared to others after +8y xp working in the industry. Pay is fair, and the people are serious, but kind. Things work very well, the employees are well respected and given plenty of flexibility (custom work hours, fully remote work...) Communication works very well and I feel very lucky having the chance to work there. Technical level is high to reach in my opinion, but you'll have support and help getting there. Turn over is low, which is great.
Inconvénients
As I said, great budgets and minimal team mean great responsabilities. The pipeline is top notch but it can be a lot of informations and overwhelming sometimes. Luckily, you get the chance to learn and be helped on a lot of fronts.
