They are only leaded by the money. The group is part of Vista, and they only want to vacuum all the money the Solera group has. When you work there, they just want you to be in a sheet and if they consider they don't need you anymore, they just fire you or make you feel bad. No matters if it impacts your personal life or not. The values "they" consider to have is just bullshit. Just like everything else. They are telling you that they consider their employees as well. In fact they are just doing everything to disgust them. And if you think the HR can help you, they are just on the same side. The pressure is sent to the lower level every time, and if you warn them about a future issue, they just ignore it. If they contact you, I advise you to run far away.
