Great people and leadership, and top technology. Everybody is willing to help, at every level of the company. There is trust and empathy and a real desire to support employees in all areas. Excellent package and benefits. And I think that there is a hard willingness to listen to the customers and the market and to adapt the technology, which I think is quite unusual. And on top, fantastic marketing which also makes a huge difference.
Inconvénients
As a hypergrowth company, things are always changing and sometimes it's a little unsettling. And it's very hard work, work and personal life are often unbalanced.

Effective onboarding process, crystal clear job description and company presentation from the recruiter (Matylda), very warm, open and welcoming company culture. Felt I was part of the team from the very first day, I was introduced to major customer and partners during the first weeks, allowed to shadow key conversations and never felt that any team is not sharing/helping out (even outside the region I cover and my scope of work).

Amazing colleagues who are talented and genuinely fun to work with. Management is supportive and truly cares about the team's growth. Competitive salary and solid compensation package. The product itself is best-in-class, which makes it easy to be proud of what you sell and represent every day.
Inconvénients
The workload can be heavy at times, especially during peak periods. It requires good time management to keep a healthy balance.
