The company has lost valuable knowledge and culture that made Sierra Wireless a great place to work. * Return to Office: They forced a mandatory return to the office without properly listening to employee concerns. There was little to no flexibility offered, and the decision was poorly communicated and handled. * Minimal Salary Adjustments: The company does the bare minimum in terms of salary raises and bonuses, offering no real incentives for employees to stay or perform at a higher level. * Lack of Motivation: There’s no focus on employee engagement or growth. We’re left feeling neglected, with no clear path forward or initiatives to motivate and support us. * Leadership Disconnect: Management seems out of touch with the dissatisfaction among employees. They show little interest in making meaningful improvements.
