Avantages
Nice colleagues, access to trainings, events, interesting cases and exceptional experts for steep learning curve.
Inconvénients
Insane work load, affects opportunity to use avantages. Lots of juniors and not enough seniors, creates stress for lost juniors and stress for seniors who cannot use enough time to support juniors and that cannot trust quality of junior output. Some underachievers can hang out for years whereas very zealous people may burn out.
