Avantages
Strong culture, very positive and supportive environment to work. The organization is very open and flat. The leadership and team dynamics inspire trust from the the recruitment process to the day-to-day job. They put a lot of effort to ensure a great work experience that includes remote people and it is much appreciated. The product evolution and growth are exciting and make Prismic a dynamic place to work. They stay ahead of tech trends with still enough flexibility for us to test and learn.
Inconvénients
Even if the teams are supportive, sometimes the load can be overwhelming. We need more employees especially customer-facing and tech support.
