      From my personal experience and compared to my previous workplaces, there is real trust in people. HR is taking in consideration employees' feedbacks with weekly survey

      Great culture, positive attitude without hiding the occasional bad news/event that are bound to happen, open to criticism and eager to have feedback and to improve.

      Inconvénients

      Growing so fast is exciting but some times tiring and it's easy to get lost in the organization.
