- Very instable : Project is live while having its basis changed constantly, pivoting to chase the recent trends and without allowing proper observation time to reflect. Project planning for months and team organization may change drastically whenever management finds anything they don't like, without allowing proper reflection.
- Scaling : Big ambition and dreams, but management can't decide in a rational way and wants the project to be everything at the same time, leaving the team to overwork constantly.
- Little to no respect for people's work and time : Doesn't allow proper time for design, production and iteration. CEO wants everything right away without proper process, even when concerns and complains are voiced. Ending in rushed work that ultimately doesn't matter as, good or not, it'll be scrapped. You're just crossing fingers for anything you made to last a few months.
- Toxic Environment : While it claims to be inclusive and open, it is ultimately a toxic place where your voice does not really matter. Even in your own area of expertise and with proper dialogue, mangement will just put you aside one way or an other once you start having different view on how to do things, shifting the fault on you or someone else.
- Belittling and blatant lack of respect happens on a regular basis. People ending venting to each other until they leave, tired of biting the bullet and reaching mental or physical exhaustion.
